We are looking for a full-time Customer Experience Rep to join our Support Team and work from our Westminster, CO office. This position interacts directly with our customers on a daily basis assisting them both during and after purchasing a product, on the phone and via email.
You must be a whiz on the computer, have naturally excellent written and verbal communication, and a working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Word is helpful. Additionally, you must have Wordpress experience and huge bonus if you know Infusionsoft & Memberium. Must be able to learn quickly and move at a fast pace.
> Interact with customers via tickets in our support center and over the phone
> Help customers trouble shoot and gain access to products they've purchased
> Troubleshoot technical issues and understand how to get them resolved quickly
> Onboard customers to help them begin using software they've purchased
> Track open tickets, follow-up as needed and work to resolve any issues
> Be the friendly voice of the company in all communication with customers
