Real Estate From Anywhere is a new real estate investing franchise brand with a long track record of success prior to franchising the business model.  

After finalizing our disclosure documents (FDD), operations manuals (OM) and franchise agreements (FA) in October of 2017, we are rapidly growing with our number of operating territories increasing monthly from little to no focused effort on franchise sales. 

We want to continue our growth trajectory and know we need someone focused on it daily.  We have a large prospective audience of existing and potential franchisees and that audience continues to grow daily.  

The Franchise Development / Inside Sales position is a performance based sales position with company paid benefits and an attractive compensation plan.  

The Franchise Development / Inside Sales position is responsible for:

• Initial lead contact, management and follow-up using our CRM system
• Daily phone calls with prospective franchisees exploring their goals
• Getting leads to attend monthly discovery days and supporting the experience
• Taking leads to the next level by introducing the FDD and ownership process
• Closing the sale and bringing success oriented owners into the franchise

Our franchise offers a full scale real estate investment franchise that provides our owner operators direct source to discount income properties nationwide, a recurring income and a high margin / low risk strategy business model.  

We have leads, our Franchise Discover Days are all scheduled throughout 2018 and what we need is a rockstar sale professional that understands the franchise industry.  If that's you, we want you to join our team and help us grow the brand.
