I'm an opportunist.  I"m certainly not a "market is falling" kinda guy.  

I thrived through the last housing market crash, but I missed a HUGE opportunity because I either "didn't know" or "didn't listen" - probably a little of both.  I'm not planning to miss it the same next time.
